October 29, 2020

Wow we are already through the month of October.  This week we have covered a lot of information.

6th grade has learned about lines, rays, and angles.  They have learned about complementary and supplementary angles.  We will spend the next week or so finishing our geometry chapter.

7th grade took their chapter 4 test.  We have begun operations with rational numbers.  They have also learned how to write a ratio and solve problems to figure out the unit rate.

Pre-Algebra is working on least common multiples as well as how to change decimals to fractions and fractions to decimals.  We will be adding and subtracting fractions next week and solving equations with fractions.

Don't forget that penny wars start Monday.

Pre-Algebra just finished a chapter on factoring and multiplying and dividing exponents.  We will be starting a chapter with all things fractions next week.
